Product Description
The LEKEN 10 Series Plough is a fully suspended hydraulic rotary plough designed for heavy-duty conditions and large tractors with high horsepower.
Plough head plough beam flip axis and I-beams,etc,main parts all selected high strength special steel is made by leading heat treatment and processing technology,while the weight of the flip plough is greatly reduced,the performance is more reliable;
The whole hydraulic system of the plough is imported from Germany,longer service life and more stable performance;
The width of the operation can be adjusted by four grades(33/38/45/50cm、37/42/49/55cm or 40/45/53/60cm),meet the needs of customers for different working widths;
Ploughshare spacing 100、110 or 120cm optional,give the plough the ability to work in any straw condtion;
Standard depth-limiting and transportation integrated wheel;
Ploughshare and small front plough are made of special wear-resistant materials,longer service life,the ploughshare is equipped with shear bolt anti-overload device,ensure the safe use of ploughshares in difficult conditions.
Core Components
When encountering hard objects or sudden changes in terrain, the buffer cylinder absorbs the instantaneous impact force, reducing mechanical damage to the plow body, hydraulic system and tractor suspension system, while improving operating comfort. Automatically compensates for height changes when the ground is uneven, ensures uniform tillage quality and avoids over-turning of the soil to deeply or too shallowly due to the undulating terrain.
The buffer cylinder controls the reversing speed of the plow head to avoid violent collision of mechanical parts due to rapid movement. When encounters insurmountable resistance, the buffer cylinder prevents a sudden rise in hydraulic system pressure, protecting the tractor's oil pump, pipelines and other key components from damage. By adjusting the pressure, the force on the soil can be changed to adapt to different soils, optimize traction efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Amplitude modulation hydraulic cylinder accumulator can help buffer hydraulic impact when encounters a hard object or turns over quicly. It asborbs the shock and protects the hydraulic lines,seals and cylinders from damage or leakage. When the amplitude modulation cylinder needs to move quickly, the accumulator quickly releases the stored hydraulic oil, improving the system response speed and ensuring that the large plow adjustment is more sensitive and efficient.
The hydraulic system may leak slightly during long-term operation. The accumulator continuously releases the stored hydraulic oil to compensate for the leakage loss and maintain the pressure of the amplitude modulation cylinder stable, avoiding the amplitude modulation position deviation caused by pressure drop, which affects the tillage accuracy. The accumulator stores energy when the system is under low pressure and releases it when needed, reducing the high load operation of the hydraulic pump.
